15 yrs alongside this community

Nobody should walk this road on their own.

I'm Bea. I coach trans people through the extra bumps along the journey — and I do it in a small, closed group, because the isolation is half the weight. Weekly live sessions over 3, 6 or 12 months.

A hand resting gently on a warm wooden handrail in morning light

A steady hand on the handrail.

You don't need fixing. You need room to decide, and company while you do.

Early in working out who you are, and not sure the next step is for you yet.

You've told some people, but not others — and the not-yet list is heavy.

Work, family or paperwork keep stalling the plan, and momentum keeps leaking away.

Further along now — building a life rather than managing a transition.

Coaching is forward-facing and practical. I don't diagnose or treat anything — we set goals, sort the noise, and take the next step with intent. If what you need is therapy, I'll say so and help you find the right clinician.

About Bea

From the makeover chair to the coaching room.

I started out as a makeover artist working with the trans community. It was good work — but the conversations in that chair were rarely about make-up. They were about family, work, fear, money, and what comes next. I wanted to meet people at that depth, so I trained as a coach — and fifteen years in, I'm still here.

Practical questions

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. It's forward-facing coaching. If you need therapy, I'll say so plainly and help you find it.

How does the group stay safe?

Small and closed, with a shared confidentiality agreement. But group confidentiality has its limits — I'll be honest about them.

Where does it happen?

Fully remote by video. I'm UK-based, so sessions run to UK times across the week.
